INTOXICATED IN CAR
SHEARER'S SECOND OFFENCE FINE OF £25 IMPOSED (Per United Press Association) HASTINGS, Dec. 7. Joseph Ripohau, aged 42, a shearer, for being intoxicated while in charge of a car—his second offence —was fined £25 and was debarred from holding a licence for three years. He had entered his car and was attempting to start it when he was arrested.
