SCOTTISH COMPANY'S CLpVI JUDGMENT RESERVED V (Peb United Press Association) " CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 7. i Judgment was reserved by Mr Justice Northcroft in the Supreme Court to-day on the claim for £3OOO by Honing Road Surfaces, Ltd., rot Edinburgh, against Archibald Donald Paterson, of Christchurch, a civil engineer, and the counter-claim by Paterson for £Bl2 10s. The action is based on the .company's allegation that Paterson, who went to England in 1934 to exploit his own method of road paving, committed a breach .of his contract with the company by returning permanently to New Zealand before completing his two-years' engagement with the company...
