CONFERENCE IN SOUTH AFRICA TWO DELEGATES FROM NEW ZEALAND <Per United Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 26. The New Zealand Rugby Football Council has decided to inform the Australian authorities that the New Zealand Rugby Union would favourably consider an invitation for a New Zealand team to' visit Australia in 1939. The council decided to accept the invitation to send two delegates to the conference of Home and dominion Rugby unions in South Africa next year.
