BANKRUPTCY PETITION
FILED BY FILM STAR LOS ANGELES, Feb. 17. (Received Feb. 18, at 1 a.m.) John Barrymore has filed in the Federal Court a debtor’s petition in bankruptcy under the new law permitting part payment of debts on a percentage basis or an extension of time to make full payment without jeopardising property holdings. The action is believed to be the result of the recent divorce suit.
