HEART ACTION IMPROVED VATICAN CITY, Feb. 5. Officials are surprised and delighted over the Pope’s recovery. His heart action is returning to normal and the leg ulcerations are almost healed. ANNIVERSARY OF ELECTION VATICAN CITY, Feb. 7. (Received Feb. 7, at 11 p.m.) Papal flags flying in celebration of the fifteenth anniversary of the Pope’s election had additional significance in view of his Holiness’s improved health. He received many congratulations from visitors, and he told one that he felt better than before his illness.
