AIM OF BRITISH BILL MAKING CONCILIATION EASIER LONDON, Feb. 5. The House of Commons, without a division, passed the second reading of Mr M. Petherick’s private Bill requiring domestic cases to be heard separately from criminal cases, and making the reporting of them closely in accordance with the 192 b Act governing divorce cases, so that women will no + be restrained from speaking out. The seconder, Miss Eleanor Rathbone. emphasised that the aim of the Bill was to make domestic conciliation easier.
