THE CHRISTMAS RUSH STAFFING ARRANGEMENTS (British Official Wireless) RUGBY, November 30. (Received Dec. 1, at 5.5 p.m.) The temporary staffing arrangements of the Post Office to deal with the heavy additional traffic at Christmas will give a month’s employment to 11,000 persons.
