INDIAN FACTIONS
RIOTING IN LAHORE TROOPS PATROL THE CITY LAHORE, December 1. As a sequel to Sikhs demolishing the Shadidjung Mosque in July, a series of demonstrations culminated in Sikh and Moslem riots. Three were killed and 25 injured. The Royal Scots and 14th Punjabis are patrolling the city, which the police have picketed. Curfew has been instituted.
