PRICE DIFFERENTIAL SCHEME OTTAWA, June 26. A price differential scheme for the dairy, industry was forecast by the Minister of Agriculture. The scheme will make levies on one product to pay a bonus on another. When butter is above world market prices producers shipping to creameries will be taxed to pay a bonus to shippers to cheese factories.
