(Received June 28, at 1 a.m.) After stalking and killing eix of the seven witnesses who gave evidence against him when he was charged With robbery with' violence, of which he was acquitted, Radhachf ran, India's public enemy No. 1, is at large awaiting an opportunity to fulfil his vow to kill the seventh. United Provinces' police are almost entirely concentrated around the universiV town of Aligarh, where the tral occurred, and the roads are picketed night and day.
