LOCAL ACTIVITIES WORK FOR TO-DAY. The following groups will report for work with the Works Department at 8 a.m. to-day:— B2s2—Woodhaugh street, at quarry. B22s—Crosby street, at Springhill road. B2S6 —Lynn street, at Chapman street. B237—Fraser’s road, at sanitary stables. 8275 —Signal Hill road, one mile above M’Gregor street (meet at M'Gregor street at 8 a.m.). B2Bl—Kaikorai Valley road, at Brockville road.
B2sooN—Woodhaugh street, at quarry. B2sooS—Melbourne street yard. Sp. 3005 N and Sp. 3526—Woodhaugh street, at quarry.
