SOVIET UNION’S CLAIMS MOSCOW, October 18. (Received Oct. 19, at 9 p.m.) The Soviet Union claims the longevity record for Hapara Huit, a market gardener on the Black Sea coast of the Caucasus. Ho is 154, and his eldest eon 90. Georgia claims the 150-year-old Artemi Lagiasnvili, whose son is 80.
