(Received Sept. 14, at ,9.30 p.m.) The Times Dublin correspondent states that the Typographical Provident and Sterdotypers’ Societies rejected a proposal to submit to arbitration the printers’ claim for a fortnight’s wages, resulting in the strike being continued
