VEIN OF CHINA CLAY
DISCOVERED NEAR AUCKLAND JAPANESE INTERESTED KOBE, September 14. (Received September 15, at 1 a.m.) China clay is diminishing, and the Nagoya Pottery Guild is keenly interested in an offer received from New Zealand for exploitation of a newly discovered vein of excellent clay dn the east coast of Auckland. A New Zealand company offers a site with a factory, building rights and shipping facilities. A sample shipment has been requested, as it is regarded as an opportunity to balance lop-sided trade.
