“ PIECEMEAL ADDITIONS.” (Special to Daily, Times.) , WELLINGTON,, June 20. The difficulties arising from what hr described as “the pieccihean additions” to the mining law were alluded y td by Mr P. J. O’Regan to-day when arguing a case before the Full'; 1 Court, Mr o‘Regan suggested.that it woiild be as well if the Legislature had the /assistance of more of the legal profession when amending the law. Mr Justice Reed commented that more than Half of the work before the court was interpreting the Statutes.
