ONE MAYOR TO ANOTHER BUFFALO (New York State), May 14. The Mayor of Tokio, Japan, has written to the Mayor of Buffalo, George Zimmerman, asking what the welldressed Buffalo municipal officials wear. The letter reads:— : Dear Sir, —It is my honour to beg your kind answer about the matters as follows:—If there is any (a) city flag or mayor's flag; (b) official uniform for mayors or deputy (c) official uniform for municipal officers or employees; (d) badge for municipal officers and employees in your city. Please instruct me as its size, colour, or various rules and customs, referring to its cases or using, and if possible send me any catalogue or pictures of them. Expecting your quick return, I remain, yours very sincerely, Toralau Ushiguki, Mayor of Tokio.
