UNIVERSITY REPRESENTATION A BILL FOR ABOLITION. DUBLIN, May 8. (Received May 9, at 10 p.m.) The Dail, by 58 to 31, passed the second reading of a Bill to abolish university representation in the Free State. Professor O’Sullivan said the Government had introduced the measure in order to gain two votes. Mr Cosgrave declared that the Bill was an , injustice to! the Protestant minority.
