A BARONET'S WIFE (From Cur Own Correspondent.) LONDON, March 20. Lady (Constance) Moon, of South street, Park lane, was granted a decree nisi with costs by Mr Justice Bateson, in the Divorce Court on the ground of the misconduct of her husband. Sir Arthur Wilfred Graham Moon, 4th Baronet, with Miss Doris Jobson. Sir Wilfred did not defend the petition. The marriage was solemnised at the District Commissioner's Office, in Nairobi, Kenya, in September, 1928. There is one child, a girl, bom in November, 1929. After the marriage, Sir Wilfred and Lady Moon lived in Kenya and in London. Lady Moon's case was that she had to separate from her husband in August, 1931, because of his intemperate habits. They became reconciled six months later, and'Hved together until March, 1933, when they again separated under a deed. Lady Moon afterwards became acquainted of her husband's association with Miss Jobson and filed her petition. _ Misconduct was alleged against Sir Wilford at his house in Curzon street, W., and elesewherc. Lady Moon was given the custody of the child. Evidence was given by Mr F. T. S. Moore, a former butler valet to Sir Wilfred. • Petitioner was formerly Miss Constance Abbot, daughter oE Mr and Mrs J.
