UNUSUAL PRECAUTIONS COURT LIKE ARMED FORTRESS. CHICAGO, January 16. ; (Received Jan. 17, at 5.5 p.m.) Roger Touhy and three members of his gang pleaded not guilty to kidnapping Jack Factor. .At the opening of the trial at tfie Criminal Courts the building was like an armed fortress, the State taking unusual precautions to prevent their possible escape. All the visitors were searched for arms.
