SIR JOHN SIMON
DEPARTURE FOR GENEVA (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, January 16. Sir. John Simon will leave London tomorrow for Geneva, where he expects to arrive on Thursday to attend the meeting of the League Council. It is anticipated that the business before the Council-will be completed by the weekend. i Mr Henderson will leave London for Geneva to-day.
