COMMISSION HANDED IN GOVERNMENT CRITICISED. (British Official Wireles3.) RUGBY, September 6. (Received Sept. 7, at 5.5 p.m.) The Government has been notified that Commandajlt Cronin is withdrawing his army reserve commission on the grounds that he intends to continue his membership of the National Guard.
