CHINA'S FINANCES
REORGANISATION PROPOSED ECONOMIST TO REPORT. (British Official Wireless ) RUGBY, September 6. (Received Sept. 7, at 5.5 p.m.) Sir Arthur Salter, the distinguished economist, who has been invited by the Chinese Government to visit China to report on methods for reorganising the national finances, is expected to' leave London early in October. His headquarters will be Nanking, where he will stay three or four months.
