WORLD DISARMAMENT
THE GENEVA CONFERENCE POSTPONED UNTIL OCTOBER. GENEVA, June 29. The Disarmament Conference has adjourned until October 16, only Germany opposing the proposal. HUNGARY DOES NOT VOTE. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, Juno 20. (Received June 30, at 5.5 p.m.) Hungary abstained from voting on the motion to adjourn the Disarmament Conference. The British, French, and Italian delegates promised that their ' Governments would collaborate in the negotiations to bo conducted by Mr Arthur Henderson in various capitals pending resumption. Sir John Simon, in the House of Commons, stated that it was the intention of the British Government to facilitate by all means in its power the resolute prosecution of the work that remains to be done.
