RESTORATION OF MONARCHY POSSIBILITY DENIED. PARIS, June 29. (Received June 29, at 8 p.m.) M. Boncour denies that there is a possibility of the restoration of the monarchy in Austria and Hungary, and admits the necessity for economic organisation in the Danubian countries.
