DRASTIC EMPOWERING BILL DANZIG, June 25. (Received June 25, at 6.30 p.m.) An Enabling Act, empowering the Nazi Government of the free city to promulgate and enforce laws without recourse to Parliament, was passed by the Diet by 60 votes to 19.
