REMOVAL OF EMBARGO DEPENDENT ON ENGINEERS’ RELEASE (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) LONDON, June 24. (Received June 25, at 8.10 p.m.) Speaking at Carmunnock, Glasgow, Mr Stanley Baldwin said that Britain would remove the embargo on Russian goods when the Vickers engineers were safely home, and the Soviet removed its counter measures. -
