IMPORTS FROM BRITAIN
REDUCTION IN DUTY URGED
(Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 22. The National Dairy Conference to-day unanimously adopted a remit from Taihape—“That as the policy of high Protection in New Zealand is endangering the security of the British market, and is against the interests of all section of the community in general, and the primary producers in particular, this conference strongly urges an immediate and substantial reduction of all duty on all imports from Great Britain.”
