Burnside, June 21. Fat Cattle.—There was a moderate yarding of 196 head, comprised principally of medium sorts, with a rather larger proportion of cows and heifers than usual. There were a few pennings of prune bullocks and heifers, which were in most , demand, selling at an appreciation ot 10s to 15s on the' average compared with last sale’s rates. Other descriptions showed no change. The sale opened quietly, showing a drop generally of Is on the average for both ewes and wethers, the former showing a further decline of Is Od towards the close. Wethers could be quoted par to Is easier, and ewes 2s easier in comparison with last sale.
