Otago’s second challenge match ot the season for the F.A. Trophy will be against Canterbury nest Saturday.-, 1 The fast, exciting football witnessed in the recent game Ugainst Wellington is fresh in , the minds- of spectators and a very’ large attendance can confidently be expected at the Caledonian Ground, when Otago face? Canterbury’s challenge. The visitors can always be depended upon to provide a : good display _of football,, ;and the local representative eleven will do well to stall off this challenge. The .Canterbury team, which comprises a number of new players, who have, not 'be.en .seen previously in trophy games with Otago,, is regarded by Christchurch supporters- as the strongest possible selection that could be made and is sure to show up well in this important fixture. The Otago side differs in several positions from the side which defeated Wellington, but the changes are l for the better,., and the team looks a much better all-round combination. Further interest is given to the afternoon" by "the"'fact'-' that a Southland representative team will play an Otago Junior representative side as - a- curtainraiser, and to enable the main event to start:at ,2.45 p.m., the. early game will he commenced at 1 p.m. ■ :- ■ ‘
