GOLF CLUB The second qualifying round of the Port Chalmers Golf Club's Men's Championship was played on Saturday afternoon on the Sawyers' Bay links under excellent conditions. The best cards on the dav's play were as follows;-—Watson 77, Wilkin 82. Forsyth 83, Cometti 85, Andrews 85. Ellis 87, Campbell 88. Aitchison 88. Paul 89. and P. Hunter 89. On the two rounds the following qualified: — Wilkin, Cometti, Ellis, Andrews, A. Hunter, and P. Hunter. Campbell and Aitchison will play-off for eighth place.
