A FREE STATE PUPIL TO STUDY IN MADRID. LONDON, October 23. The Sunday Pictorial's Dublin correspondent says: "The Government has despatched a special representative to Madrid to study at first hand the methods employed by the Republicans in founding the Socialist Republic. It is stated in Dublin that* when the Irish republic is created the lands granted to peers and others by the British Government in bygone years will be confiscated in a way similar to the lands granted to Spanish grandees."
