ARTICLE IN COMMUNIST ORGAN BRITISH GOVERNMENT TO ACT. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, May 11. In the House of Commons, the Foreign Secretary (Sir John Simon) said an article in the organ of the Communist International, advocating an armed insurrection in India, had been considered in connection with the Soviet’s undertaking relative to propaganda. The British Government was of opinion that the Soviet Government and the Communist International could not be dissociated in these matters. He proposed speaking to the Soviet representative on the subject.
