CRICKET IN JAMAICA
ENGLISH TEAM DEFEATED AN INNINGS AND 97 RUNS. KINGSTON, February 24. (Received Feb. 25, at 9.30 p.m.) The colony of Jamaica defeated Lord Tennyson’s team of English cricketers by an innings and 97 runs. The Englishmen in their second innings to-day scored 251. Their first innings score was 354, while Jamaica declared with five wickets down for 702.
