REAR-ADMIRAL BLAKE LONDON, February 25., (Received Feb. 2(5, at 0.15 a.m.) Rear-admiral Geoffrey Blake becomes the new Fourth Sea Lord and Chief of Supplies and Transport, succeeding Viceadmiral Lionel Preston from September 20.
