KINGSFORD SMITH’S PROGRESS PLANE REACHES CALCUTTA. CALCUTTA, January 13. Air-commodore Kingsford Smith landed here. He will leave to-morrow morning on his way to Australia. ANOTHER HOP COMMENCED. CALCUTTA, January 14. (Received Jan. 14, at 8 p.m.) Air-commodore Kingsford Smith left at 5.40 this morning for Bangkok. He expects to reach Australia on January 19.
