AUSTRALIAN NAVY
THE NEW COMMANDER. (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) CANBERRA, April 1. (Received April 2, at 1 a.m.) The Minister of Defence (Mr A. E. Green) announces that Captain L. S. Holbrook, commander of the Australian cruiser Canberra, will succeed Rear-ad-miral Evans in command of the Australian Navy, with the rank of commodore.
