SUPPLEMENTARY ESTIMATES. GRANT FOR DOMINICA. (British Official Wireless.) (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, February 19. , (Received Feb. 20, at 5.5 p.m.) In. the House of Commons the supplementary estimates for colonial services were discussed, including the sura of £14,000 for Dominica (British West Indies) on account of damage suffered from the hurricane, and grants and loans amounting to £300,000 in connection with a comprehensive development scheme in the sugar colonies, which is being undertaken as a consequence of the serious depression.
