NAVAL PROGRAMMES
FRANCE AND ITALY. NEGOTIATIONS CONTINUED. (British Official Wireless.) , (United Press Association.) (By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) RUGBY, January 22. Replying in the' House of Commons to a question regarding the negotiations between Prance and Italy upon their respective naval construction programmes, the Prime Minister said that informal discussions on the naval question were still being continued and he was not able to make any statement at present.
