Jenkin (Kurow), claim £3 12s for maintenance in Dunedin Hospital,, with costs (£1 7s 6d): John Chambers and Son, Ltd., v. P. P. Hunt and Co. (Invercargill), claim £l4 Os lOd for goods supplied, with costs (£2 14s); W. Gregg and Co., Ltd., v. Hubert Edward Hawke' (Wanganui), claim £7 19s for goods supplied, with costs. (£1 10s 6d); Drapery Supply Association. Ltd.,. v. M. Kirkwood; claim £2 4s Od for goods supplied,' with costs (£1 3s 6d), JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. Drapery Supply Association, Ltd., v. Duncan • Cameron, claim for £2 7s 6d on a judgment of the’ court, —The debtor did not appear and an order was made for immediate payment of the amount, with costs (8s), in default three. days’ imprisonment. Tavendale Bros. v. Charles Dyer, claim .£l2 6s 2d on a judgment of the court. — There was no appearance of the debtor who was ordered to pay the amount with costs (£1 2s) forthwith, in default 14’ days’ imprisonment.
