THE BAND CONTEST; C GRADE CONTEST.
TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —Regarding the disqualification of the West Harbour Brass Band, I would like to state that outside of the one professional (Mr M'Lean) not one of our members is playing in an A or B grade band in either tests or quickstep. How then, can we be accused of playing members from other bands?—l am, etc.. West Harbour.
