WATERSIDE WORKER INJURED
CLAIM FOR COMPENSATION FAILS. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, August 19. In the Supreme Court to-day, Joseph O’Brien, of Wellington, a waterside worker, who claimed £ISOO damages from the Diinedin-Wanganui Shipping Company. Ltd., of Dunedin, in respect to an accident in January, 1928, when the plaintiff was permanently disabled through being struck by cargo falling on him from a sling when he was in the hold of the Holmdale helping with the unloading of the vessel,, was non-suited.
