A CASE OF SUICIDE. (Peb United , Phess Association.) AUCKLAND, April 30. B. Adler, aged 26, a third class passenger booked to Napier, committed suicide fay hanging himself in the ship’s hospital on April 18, when the Tamaroa (from London) was a week out from 1 Panama. Adler could not speak English. ■ A YOUTH DROWNED. JPeb United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, April 30. The body of Geoffrey Shaw, aged 13, who was drowned at Lake Puprike last Wednesday through a canoe swamping, was washed up on the shore this morning and recovered. MAN’S SUDDEN' DEATH. A married man named William Dray, 01 years of age, residing at 51 Neville street, Cavcrsham, died suddenly at the Caversham Railway Station yesterday morning while on his way to work. .An inquest was*held at the Morgue in the * afternoon before Mr J. R. • Bartholomew, S.M. Constable Connor represented the police. After hearing evidence of identification and the evidence of Dr Evans, who stated that death was due to heart failure, caused by degeneration of the heart muscles, the coroner returned a verdict' of death from heart failure.
