Acclimatisation matters. At the meeting of the council of the South Canterbury Acclimatisation Society on Saturday afternoon in Temuka the proposal to establish an eyeing station at Lake Alexandrine was advanced another stage. The secretary (Mr B. Hughes) had been directed to gather as much information as possible and submit it to -the council.
