SOCIAL AT LOVELL’S FLAT.
Last night the Lovell’s Flat Young Men’s Bible Class held a social evening to celebrate the end of the 1927 syllabus. The Coronation Hall was well filled, six classes being represented. Mr G. W. Murray, deputy leader, assisted by an able committee of young men, kept the games going with a swing. The Rev. W. French, of Kaitangata, delighted the audience with an amusing monologue entitled “ Love in a Balloon.” The classes represented were Milton, Kaitangata, Stirling, Matau. and Clarksville. Leaders of*the different classes thanked the Lovell’s Flat class for its entertainment.
