Sir Milton Young, chairman of the South African Commission, leaves London to-day for East Africa, and after visiting Geneva on League business he will travel to East Africa by Cairo and Khartoum, being joined on the way by Sir Reginald Mant, Mr J, H. Oldham, and Sir George Schuster, other members of the' commission. They will begin work in Uganda in the middle of January and then go on to Kenya, Zanzibar, Tangyanyika, Nyasaland, and Northern Rhodesia, returning through Southern Rhodesia and the Cape.
