HORATIO BOTTOMLEY
SEEKS FURTHER EXAMINATION. PREPARED TO PAY FOR IT. (Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright ) LONDON, —ugust 28. The Weekly Dispatch says that Mr Horatio Bottomley has instructed his solicitors to apply to the court to fix the conclusion of his public examination regarding the Victory Bond Club and allied undertakings, which was postponed after his conviction. He has lodged the details of the receipts and payments, and desires an examination thereon. He has invited the London Committee of Bondholders to employ solicitors and accountants >,t his own expense to investigate the accounts. He is also making inquiries with view to recovering assets in France and fixing the responsibility for large numbers of forged certificates. —Sydney Sun Cable.
