(Received Nov. 12, at 5.5 p.m.) The only tender here fbr the New Guinea properties is that of the Melanesia Company, Ltd., of which Sir H. Brittain, M.P., Sir Robert Anderson, of Melbourne, and Sir Henry Brett are the directors. The capital is £IIO,OOO.
