WIRELESS IN THEATRES
COMPULSORY BROADCASTING. A MOSCOW DECREE. (Prsss Association —By Telegraph Copyright.) MOSCOW, November 12. (Received Nov. 12, at 5.5 p.m.) The Government has promulgated a decree that all artists must broadcast without pay if a microphone is installed in the theatre or concert hall where they are performing. The actors and musicians in Moscow recently refused to appear unless they were paid extra for broadcasting.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
