(Received April 12, at 9 p.m.) The Daily Express states that- Signor Mussolini had a demonstrative welcome at Tripoli from large crowds, including thousands of Arabs from the interior. He made a triumphant progress through the streets, followed by troops and tanks. In the course of a speech he declared that his voyage was no ordinary act of administration but a manifestation of power. The surgical dressing on Signer Mussolini’s nose has been removed and replaced by an invisible flesh-coloured plaster.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
