THE EVE OE A CRISIS. RESUMPTION OF NEGOTIATIONS. (Press Association —Bj Telegraph—Copyright../ LONDON, April 12. (Received April 12, at 10 p.m.) The re-assembling of the House of Commons on Tuesday adds significance to the resumption of the coal negotiations on the same day. If a settlement is reached all business will be set aside except the Budget in order to pass the legislation necessary to carry out the recommendations of the Coal Commission. If a settlement fails and a strike is precipitated it may be necessary to recast the Budget to meet the situation. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
